The toxicity has been lifted…halfway. A smaller part still lingering to my right. It shouldn’t be much longer now that opinions have been voiced and patience has been worn thin. Although we’ve seen this all before so none of us are holding our breath.
Just keep breathing, is all you can tell yourself. “Laugh to keep from crying,” isn’t that how it goes. We’ll all quit long before, or perhaps we won’t. Perhaps we’ll just keep sitting there, taking it, day after day. No one competently in charge, it’s everyone’s fault.
